Please check the map and return your stroller to the nearest stroller box.

It can be opened/locked within 5 minutes after return, but after 5 minutes, the app will not be able to perform the open/lock operation. If you need help, please contact us via the chat function on the help page within the app.

Except in cases of intentional damage, no compensation is required. When returning, please note the damage in the “Other” field on the return confirmation check screen in the app.

After the selected time plan ends at the start of the rental, an extension fee of 220 yen (tax included) will be charged for each exceeding hour. After use, please return the stroller to the stroller storage box as soon as possible.

Please confirm that you are not injured, then contact us through the help chat function to report the damage.

We sincerely apologize, but the cancellation service is currently unavailable. When using the rental service, please be sure to read and confirm the relevant precautions carefully before use.

Please check the network connection status of the smartphone you are using. If there are no issues, please try restarting the application. Additionally, please check and confirm again whether your device has allowed GPS location and push notification permissions.

About the overall service

A sharing service that allows you to rent a stroller anytime, anywhere, and return it to any location after use. Simply unlock the stroller parked at designated spots through the app to rent it immediately.

Suitable for children from 1 month old up to a weight of 15kg (approximately 36 months).

We conduct regular cleaning once a day, and items that are damaged or heavily stained are replaced promptly. To ensure your comfortable use, we also conduct post-use surveys and appreciate your cooperation. Please check the official website for details.

We currently do not offer dedicated corporate contract services, but corporate credit cards can be used normally. We currently do not support issuing invoices.

This service offers promo codes that allow you to enjoy discounts when using the service. Please select the coupon during rental. ※ Using a coupon requires entering a coupon code.

【Entry Method for Share Buggy Users Only】
(1) Purchase an admission ticket at the ticket office.
(2) When entering, show the ticket to the station staff and inform them that you are “using Share Buggy,” then ask them to stamp the “Proof Stamp.”
(3) When exiting, present the ticket with the “Proof Stamp” at the ticket gate, and we will process your ticket refund. (No handling fee will be charged.)
※ Admission tickets are only valid on the day of issue.

Currently, the service is only supported for use through the iPhone/Android application.

Currently, only Japanese is supported.

The basic fee is 220 yen per hour. For long-term use, we recommend choosing discounted packages. The 3-hour package is 550 yen, and the 6-hour package is 880 yen. ※ After exceeding the package time, it will automatically renew on an hourly basis.

We only accept credit card payments.
(VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express)

We sincerely apologize, but registering a credit card is mandatory to use this service.

We will gradually expand the installation locations. Planned installation sites will be announced sequentially on the official website.

Service hours: 24 hours (Customer support service is available from 10:00 to 19:00).

Difference refunds are not applicable.
Under normal circumstances, fees are charged by the hour; if you choose a 3-hour package, etc., the settlement will be based on the package fee.

The rental service is limited to 1 device per account. If multiple people need to use it, please operate separately through the application.

We do not provide receipts. Please use your “credit card payment statement” together with the “usage history” in the app as proof of payment.

If your registered email address has changed, please complete the email address change procedure in “My Page”. If you use an email address that does not depend on your mobile carrier, such as Gmail, no change procedure is necessary. Please log in again.

Please modify it through the “Payment Information” in the left-side menu button.

A maximum of one card can be registered. Credit card information can be changed. It cannot be changed during an active rental.

No action is required from the customer. After the allotted time is exceeded, the system will automatically extend in 1-hour units.

If you have set up spam filtering on your smartphone, please ensure you can receive emails from “sharebuggy.jp“. Additionally, some operational processes may send emails containing URLs, so please disable the “Block emails containing URLs” setting on your phone. Furthermore, regardless of spam filter settings, some emails may be automatically classified into the “spam folder” due to email client settings, so please also check that folder.

There are no age restrictions, but it is limited to those who can use the stroller safely and appropriately.

You need a smartphone. Devices supporting iOS 11 and above or Android API 21 (Android 5.0 and above) are supported.

During the pilot test, a total of 6 units will be installed at the West Exit of Ebina Station on the Odakyu Railway line.

We offer three plans: hourly billing, 3-hour plan, and 6-hour plan.
Additionally, we support extension services, so there is no maximum time limit set.

The number of available storage boxes/strollers will be updated.

Payment will be processed when you use the stroller. Each time automatic renewal occurs, a payment will be processed. For the specific fee deduction date, please consult your credit card company.

About the rental service

Please check the usage instructions within the app first.

The stroller used in the pilot test is the Combi With brand, model “SC51”. If there are any changes to the stroller information due to events, etc., we will notify you via the official website.

First, please enter the required information and complete member registration in the “Share Buggy” app. Then, select the station you wish to use from the map within the app and apply for rental at the rental box in front of the station. Please refer to the user manual for specific operating procedures.

Each account is limited to one device.

For strollers that are damaged due to malfunctions or have severe stains, we may temporarily restrict their rental.

You cannot specify a desired stroller.

We do not accept registrations from overseas.

We sincerely apologize, but we cannot provide this service. Please create accounts on each individual’s own device.

About returns

When selecting a package plan, the system will send a push notification before the expected return time, but please be sure to check the actual usage time through the app interface.

The return method is limited to placing the item directly into the designated box within the port.

About membership

Download the app from the app store, enter your name, phone number, email address, credit card information, etc., to complete membership registration.
※ This service cannot be used with overseas carrier terminal devices.
